RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept unopened and unused coffee beans within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the products you'd like returned, include a copy of the pick slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to:

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure and track the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.  If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us at info@simonescoffee.com and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items.
